My first year living in PCW was great! My neighbors were amazing, quiet and pleasant. Entering my second year, was horrible. My new neighbors upstairs and down were extremely noisy. I must admit that whenever I called the management office or the after hours emergency number that they would respond to my needs. Unfortunately, calling me back was all that they did that was helpful. I would have to deal with ridiculous noise day in and out.

The cost for rent was okay and the parking was great! Maintenance did a wonderful job of keeping the place well kept. Unfortunately, this property is on its way downhill because it is way too close to a high crime infested area of Rivermont Avenue.

So, if interested in this place, please look around first for better options.
