I lived at Princeton Circle with my wife for one year. The apartment we stayed in was very nice, and I had access to Comcast cable and verizon phone. When the dishwasher broke, the maintenance helped us, time and time again. Eventually, they replaced the unit. The apartment needs gas, though they are trying to move to all electric. This was an extra bill to maintain and during the winter, it was very expensive. The area this apartment is in was very nice, we could walk on the sidewalk to the park and there are some shops down the road. However, it is very far from town. Most stores are 15-20 min. away and with gas as high as it is, we wanted to move closer to town. The pool was nice, and the location was off the road, so there was little threat to our safety. During our last month there, we were awoken a few times in the middle of the night by noisy neighbors. We did not want to complain, but it was rather annoying. Overall we liked the place and would recommend it. But be warned: no one gets cell phone service or "Over the Air" TV signal. Everyone talks outside on the cell phone because this appt is in a dead zone. Again, no one gets cell phone service or "Over the Air" TV signal.
