Nice place to live

Me and my partner have been here almost 3 years now. Maintenance has been efficient and prompt. Neighbors have been fine for the most part. It is not often someone drives by with their bass knocking off your shutters.
The location is good depending on where you work, it is only minutes from downtown. It also very --- friendly if that matters.
