Good place to live, esp for those with families and kids.

Pros :
Apartment complex is clean, safe and quiet.

Neighbors are friendly & polite.

Maintenance is prompt and effective.
Good management.
Kids playground.

Cons :
You can hear your neighbor upstairs move around the house.
Kitchen range is electric, not gas.
