I lived in a 2BR apartment in the Concord at Walden Pond from January 2006 to January 2007. Overall, this is a decent apartment complex. We had relatively quiet neighbors, but I know that it was in the process of turning into a big off-campus retreat for local college kids...so I consider us lucky and NOT the norm with not dealing with big noise issues. Parking was always great for us...plenty of spots available right at your building 24/7. The office staff were always nice and did things in a quick fashion. The maintenance people were very friendly and always fixed/checked problems out promptly.
The biggest "con" with this apartment complex is the age. The buildings are starting to show their age, along with the appliances, etc.
