They bait and switch. If you have to move here, ask to see the actual unit and not the model. The model apartment is night and day from what you will get. This summer there were yellow jackets in the sand on all three playgrounds. The bathrooms are barely big enough for one person to stand in. Bugs are also a problem. I would look at other places before considering moving to this complex.
