I agree with so much of what the other reviewers have said. They office staff is never flexible . . . and they can be disorganized. They lost our 60 notice - they told us we'd have to pay more rent, regardless of the error, to extend our lease farther. Make sure you get in writing any important transaction. Also, they do show you a model apartment that is nothing like the other apartments. The apartments are old, bugs come in through the old windows even with the glass closed. The AC broke 4 times in the summer. The appliances and counter-tops and cabinets look like they are form 1983. And too many students live there: too many problems with noise, and it depends on who is in the office if anyone there will do anything about any given complaint.
