I ABSOLUTELY DESPISE THIS PLACE!!!!! Everyone has already mentioned it but I will say it again, the internet SUCKS!!!! Also, I completely agree with the comment on the staff and their terrible service. I dread ever going to the office because its like pulling teeth. Every lady in there has a terrible attitude and act like its not their job to help you. I mean seriously im paying their salary and they act likes its a hassle. Noise complaints are terrible, we have had multiple ones and the majority of them my family and I were out of town''' Im pretty sure that there is an aerobics class living above us solely practicing jumping jacks... Kids leave bikes in the middle of the stairs but if there is shoes outside my door I get a phone call. I called about what happens after your lease and was told that you go month by month but they ask for a 60 day notice before you leave... So when i go to turn in my keys all of a sudden its a REQUIREMENT to give a 60 day notice. So the staff obviously doesn't even know their own rules. I told a friend of mine this who was planning on moving out and he gave his notice 60 days early and they told him he cant give his notice until his lease runs out'!'!' which is OBVIOUSLY not true as well. To sum it up, DONT LIVE HERE!! Live out of your car, go to a homeless center, heck kill a man and go to jail put PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN GOOOD DO NOOOOT MOVE IN!!! You will regret it!

I completely agree with the internet thing. It's horrible. You can't pay a real cable or phone company to give you that bad of service, even if you wanted to. However, I disagree about the staff. Everyone there has been extremely helpful to me. There's something about Nancy? that really creeps me out, the daggers from her eyes, but regardless of her body language, she's helpful nonetheless, I guess I empathize because I'm the same way, and don't hold that against her because she still does her job well. Maintenance has always been really on the ball. Their off-hours phone service does leave something to be desired, as they sometimes don't notify the right people in time. The few times I have needed maintenance (A/C and heating) the problems were solved in less than 24 hours. If you need help during the daytime though, they'll usually arrive at your door in just a few minutes. They really do try hard to go above and beyond for that kind of thing. It's the stuff you sign off on that they really screw you on - piss poor internet, pet policies, 60 day notice to leave, etc.

Get a T-mobile broadband card, or one like it. That's what I did.
