First of all, the apartments are absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well maintained, and the maintenance staff are on the ball with any problems within your apartment. The problem that I have is the internet and cable package. Although it is wired, you must purchase their cable/internet package through Tomlin and Associates, and they do not allow any other company in. Not only is it overpriced, it is very slow. It takes over a half an hour just to watch a 10 minute youtube video. Forget gaming, or telecommuting, it is impossible on their internet connection. They keep saying they are going to upgrade, but a year later, it is still the same. This is the only reason why we are moving. This is the most important thing to us. If you don't mind the worst internet ever, and paying an outrageous price for it, I would recommend it. Otherwise, steer clear.

We feel the same way about the apts and the internet. We almost moved but purchased a wireless card instead. We get 2.5 meg download regularly. It's not great, but it's cheaper and fast enough to keep me from moving.
