I've lived here for a year and realize the apartments are expensive for Lynchburg. You can find similar apartments for much cheaper. The cable and internet package aren't wonderful but it is nice to pay it all with your rent. When I first moved in my neighbors liked to party a lot and were not respectful of others (screaming and laughing in the stairs/parking lot at 3am). I live on the bottom and I can hear the people upstairs jumping around a lot. That's the little stuff you deal with when renting. Overall, the community feels safe to be in and I don't have any major complaints. One thing I don't agree with is the extra fee each month and large deposit made for having cats...
