This place gets worse with every passing month. If you have a family or any kind of concern about your safety stay far away. The first people lving below us would get up at seven in the morning and turn the bass on their stereo up to maximum levels, they would finally turn it off around 11 at night. Next morning repeat, this went on until they moved out and the next people were even worse. They often would ask us for money as we were coming to and from school. It reached a breaking point with the note left on our door from our downstairs neighbor. The first line read: "I will give you a ------- for some money" I am absolutely not kidding about this!!! This is a step down from the projects. Weekend mornings begin with about 2 dozen kids running around the parking lot screaming, you can here everything that goes on outside from your bedroom window. There are a lot of sketchy people randomly roaming around the parking lots at night. God forgive you if you go out on your balcony to smoke a cigarette, you are immediatly swamped by people going to and from trying their cars wanting to bum one from you. Sometimes other tenants waiting for the bus will come up and ask you if you can take them wherever the hell you are going in your car. Its kind of like living in the middle of an urban ghetto right in heart of little lynchburg.
