Not bad for students

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
I stayed at Windsor Terrace from 2000-2002, and found it to be a well maintained place of residence. The office staff was friendly and worked with me in several situations. The location wasn't that bad, and for the price, I got a nice apartment that worked well for me. Overall, if you are just starting out, I'd definitely consider this place.
