My family lived here for 12 months. We were very excited because the places were new and they looked nice. When we moved in things were ok because only a few apartments were occupied. The manager was great, staff was wonderful(Galen). Then she was let go and it went downhill from there. Every manager after that was TERRIBLE with the exception of the lady thats there now. The trash compactor was a mess it never seemed to work properly. The grounds were ok but nothing to brag about. The appliances were of a very low grade. I don't think it is worth the money they charge for rent. If they keep the lady thats there now things will ok. I would say it is not the worst place in Lynchburg to live but its not the best either. Do your research and talk to some of the residents. There are alot students residing in the Villas. You can clearly hear your neighbors not good for people that work.

Unfortunately the lady that has been there since this review is still there and the apartment complex keeps getting worse. I don't think it's her problem, I think the owners are way too cheap. There is only one maintenance guy, they got rid of the extra dumpster even though garbage keeps piling up (to save a few bucks???), they allow residents to park an RV right in front of the complex, they put leasing signs EVERYWHERE, they still haven't covered the pool, they don't fix the fitness equipment... We asked maintenance to patch up a few spots on our wall, and were told they don't have the same paint, so it wouldn't match! These apartments are horrible!!!

more on the above ... the residents are friendly and this could be a nice place to live if they would just invest in the property and fix the existing problems and actually cared about the tennants!!! There use to be two women who worked there that i loved Kelly, and Amy they were sweet and tried there best to get things done.. i dont know what happened with them but we miss them...
