I lived there for 2 years and it is a nice, quiet place to live. You have to pay every single utility though, including water and trash. The water bill is split between everybody in the apartment building which I didnt like because I had a one bedroom, just me, and had to split the water bill with 2 bedrooms with more than one person. Its right across the street from Coverstone, which is the ghetto, and sometimes people from Coverstone will cut thru the Ambertons for a short cut. Otherwise I enjoyed living there. It had trees around the apartments so there was a sense of privacy.
