These apartments are fairly old, but they are maintained fairly well from what I have seen. We've always had our maintenance requests taken care of in a timely manner.

The reason I live here is mainly location and price. It's in a very convenient location - easy access to lots of places in Manassas. And the prices here are very reasonable, probably so they can compete with the newer apartments nearby.

I guess my only real complaint is the man with the treadmill upstairs. A number of times per week he goes jogging in his room, and it sounds like a washing machine that isn't balanced right - quite loud and annoying, but I guess that's a possibility at any apartment complex when you live on the first floor.
