Apartments are old and small, but are maintained well. If you are going to live by yourself, they are fine. The management is really great. Every time I have needed something they have been more than helpful.

The only complaint I have is the lack of visitor parking. Everytime you have a visitor they have to get a temporary parking permit ahead of time. They do tow, the first time my boyfriend stayed over, he got towed. Then again, the strict parking most likely reduced vandalism and kept unwanted people away.
