The office staff are all very friendly and helpful (especially Linda). The maintenance staff repaired things in a timely manner, usually within a matter of hours. You can't do much better for the price. In the 3 years we lived there, rent only went up once ($895 to $920/month). Yes, the apartments are somewhat old, but you get used to it...that was never really an issue for us. The grounds are kept up very well, and the sidewalks were always cleared off when it snowed. The only major complaint we had was the lack of parking. I would get home from work at 11pm and have to park a good distance away in the 2nd parking lot (lived in the first building). The only reason we moved was due to needing more space after my wife became pregnant with our 2nd child. If they had 3 bedroom apartments we never would have left. As it is, we are considering moving back despite the need for space because our experience there was as great as it was. We got to know all of the office and maintenace staff on a first name basis and still stop and chat whenever we see any of them while we are out. Definitely recommended!
