Enjoyed living here for over 10 years. I have never seen a roach or bug of any kind. Maintenance is very quick to respond. Appliances and cabinets in kitchen are all new and kept to to date. Very quite and gounds are kept very neat and clean. Washer and dryer and walk in closets are very nice. I would recommend living here to anyone Very nice and homely. Close to all shopping.

We lived there 3 years, had roaches every year. But didn't need to call exterminator, he showed up via office. Whole building was infested. They still want me to buy them a new rug and paint job. Neither one was new when we moved in. Who know how many people used the rug and apartment before us. Parking is awful, some times had to park as far away as the pool and walk to apartment. Air condition/heat was defective. Had to get mad at them to get it fixed. Fan ran constantly, whether cooling or heat needed or not. They finally replaced it with a very nice new one. Down went the electric bill!
