I have lived here for almost a year, and can't complain too much considering the great price for this area. Everything in the kitchen (except maybe the fridge) is probably 20 years old. It does have a real washer and dryer, which while very low end, are actual full size machines in a very small closet off the kitchen. As everything is so old, several things broke, but I never had a problem getting them fixed. We had a burner on the stove stop working, which was replaced in a week (guy was out that day, but they had to order the burner). The air conditioning failed 3 times during the summer, and while they mentioned several times that they don't consider a/c an emergency, the maintainance guys were out there the same day each time we called (usually within an hour or two). We also had a key break off in our front lock. Fortunately it was during business hours, and they came in about 5-10 minutes to replace the lock for us. Finding parking was not too bad, but it's hard to find a space up front friday/saturday nights, and if you have 2 cars one has to park a block away in reserve lots. I don't think I've ever seen someone towed, but every time I walk by a row of cars, at least one has the wrong pass or no pass. They have a pool and a 24/7 fitness room, but the pool is very small and the elliptical machine has not worked since I moved in. All in all, nothing special, but nothing horrible.
