I wrote a review earlier saying this place was "ok I suppose." I supposed wrong. This place blows. Everything breaks because it's cheap in the first place. Maintenance takes a while, and they're not too friendly when they come by. Well, one of them is. The staff doesn't really care once you've signed the lease. Not everyone, but a couple of idiots live here which is enough to crap even further on my experience. You can here every single thing your neighbors say and do. I'm not expecting total silence, but seriously, EVERYTHING. The place is run down, inside and out. Parking is a joke, and they will tow your car for NO reason. My boyfriend and I really needed a place, so we kinda rushed into this place. PLEASE look at your apartment first before signing. Better yet, just look someplace else. My lease is up in 3 months, I am counting the days!!!

Agree, once you sign the lease they DO NOT CARE. I have requested work on 2 issues for the past 6 years, I keep hearing next week, next week and still nothing. Not there are several idiots in the complex and they do not care about you or your personal property. My cars have been hit or banged by opening doors at least 20 times, there are violent fights weekly, past 2 weeks nightly (ranging from 2300 - 0300) and people will sit on the steps for hours and will refuse to move so you can get up and down the steps. Towing, what a joke, my car was towed and it had the pass and all valid stickers, there are 7 cars that have not been towed in the past 2 years (sitting in good parking spaces) that have expired tags and stickers. Cops live here and DO NOTHING!!! Everything in the apartment is cheap and items that are said to be new are not, they pull parts from other broken down units they have in the back in a storage shed. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
