I lived here for a year and although for the most part I liked my apartment, the neighborhood seemed to go down hill progressively since I lived there. The leasing office staff was aweful to deal with. I had to call several times in order to get help with maintenance.

Ive had no problem with maintenance, I moved in during March of 07, maybe maintenance was worse when you rented (2000 - 2002).

I've had many maintenance problems myself with Battery Heights. I too had to place serveral calls and get quite angry with them to get things fixed.
