Beware of renting condos from owners!

I am renting one of the condos from the owner. The reason I warn of this is that when it comes to getting things repaired, the quality of service is (from the landlord) definately lacking! I have, since the summer I moved in, had repeated problems with the air conditioner. The landlord seems reluctant to replace it and I am now without any air, during the most humid month! I am taking the necessary steps, outlined in the Virginia Housing Laws, but it's a long and tedious process. This experience has left me with a complete lack-luster view of Battery Heights.

This review is irrelevant. It does not apply to Battery Heights Apartments. People renting condos from private parties anywhere need to watch out whom they are renting from. The maintenance staff at Battery Heights Apartments is top-notch.
