I moved in hear thinking that my apartment would be great! They showed me a model and told me that my apartment would look the same. I moved in and my apartment is a dive!! The misrepresented themselves to me and now I am stuck in a lease for a year!

They showed me the model apartment as well, I had no assumption that mine would have furniture as that one did. Otherwise mine is the same. Define what you mean by "dive", it seems like you have no specific complaint.. I dont think its fair to give a 1 rating for Parking, Noise, Grounds, Office Staff, and Overall without saying why (Especially since so many people rated higher). Its seems like you are just mad and not objectively reviewing. If you have something specific to complain about it would be helpful for people to hear it.
