I moved into this apartment on the first level in April 2007. From the get go I had problems. The apartment was a mess; therewere pee stains on the carpet which they have yet to fix. In addition the diswashed was rusted it took weeks for them to get me a new one, it was a back an fourth issues and them making excuses. The bathroom was moled and rusted. My upstairs neighboors are very loud, they walk so hard on the floor that my ceiling litterally vibrates, I can hear all their conversations, etc..I've been complaing for almost 7 months, they have yet to take care of the issues. I'm so pissed with them and pay too much in rent to constatnly be disturibed. I say don't move in this complexr, plus the apartments are quite old.

We've also lived here since April on the fourth floor. We haven't really had any issues with sound - we can hear when our neighbor turns on the shower and we can hear if someone lets their front door slam, that's it. Our apartment was very clean, and our only issues were fixed the same day or next day - we had a leak in our a/c unit, drip in the faucet, outlets in the bathrooms didn't work - all fixed right away. We had a little noise from our water heater that we called to have someone look at the next day and they sent someone over right then - after 8 pm - with no problem, and he was here within 30 minutes. I know other people have said they've had trouble with maintenance, but we haven't nothing bad to say about it and we love it here. We looked at three other complexes with similar-size apartments, all were much more expensive and actually a little smaller in total square footage. The only negative for me is that there's not much cabinet space in the kitchen and the shelves are fixed so there's no way to re-size them for taller boxes, etc.
