Keeping it brief... ;)
First things first, the walls are thick you cant hear anyone next to you... which might not sound like it means a lot, but trust me it really makes a huge difference.
Second, the grounds are always kept clean, especially for the area...
Third, someone is always there after hours to at least take a message when you call, and if you have a problem, you can almost be sure it will be fixed the next morning... which is great...
The bad stuff..
Our apartment had powder coated carpets its what they do to carpets when they don t want to replace them they simply cover them with this dust like paint to make them look new just make sure your apartment doesn t have this done just get down on your knees and give the carpet a good slap if paint dust comes up well your know why if you have allergies definitely don t move into an apartment that has that done
I think someone said there was something broken in their place'... well we had the same problem... our dishwasher and disposal both broke on us the first week... and I was heated... but when I called and spoke to them they didn t hassle me at all, or say it was my fault or anything, they were really nice... and the next day i came home from work and everything was fixed... and I got a nice little note and some candy on the table too =)... I have never had any other problems...
Everyone I have had to talk to here is nice and works with you on anything...
I needed to come in after hours to pick up mail and one of the front desk ladies waited for me to get off work to pick it up...
Finally the layout to the apartments is great, we have a one bedroom and is bigger then my friends apartments two bedroom my wife and I both got jobs out of the area and it was a long debate on if we should even move out that way we really love this place
And its definitely the best priced apartment in the area that looks like a place you want to live and take your family too
Okay to wrap it up besides the carpets (which we eventually had cleaned for $120, they now look great) these apartments are great and there right off route 28 and is an easy commute to sterling/ ashburn in 30 minutes or less I would say I have got to recommend this place loved it
