I have lived at this apartment complex for several years and I have noticed a vast improvement since the new manager took over about six months ago. Most of the ?problem? residents have been removed from the property and unruly behavior is no longer tolerated. Prior to the new manager the parking situation was horrendous because so many people from the surrounding community were using our parking spaces. Now, regardless of when I come home, I can always find a parking space. If someone does get towed it?s because they don?t have a parking sticker or they didn?t park in the clearly marked guest parking areas so they deserve to be towed. The maintenance department has also improved. Since the new manager took over I?ve noticed that we have several new maintenance men and they seem to be not only friendly and polite, but also hard working. When you combine all of the positive attributes above with many more that I didn?t list (like the huge pool, jogging trails, location, mature well kept landscaping, etc.) I?m proud to call Village Square my home.

This sounds like a post from management...lol Who talks like that mature well kept landscaping? This sounds like a sales pitch to me. I lived there the place is horrible. Just like every other post has said if your cup of tea is prostitutes drug dealers and all out GHETTO than this is the place for you. If not keep looking.
