Managemant was rude as can be. I cant remember the names of the staff, so I'll just call them lazy, rude, and ignorant. They talk to you like a slave owner would. The neighbors are either to rude or to stupid o act civilized. Same with their nappy little kids. Thieves, Drugs, Drunks and Whores can sum it all up.
