I agree with the last review. There are kids running a muck all over the place in the parking lot. They built a playground area and I never see kids there. They are always playing in the middle of the lot provoking cars to hit them, flipping you off, etc. I never see parents watching these kids. If I do, they are ignoring them and smoking their ciggarettes and other substances im sure. Price isnt too bad but the apartments are extremely small. My AC is very loud and wakes me up everytime it kicks on. I have had maintenance to come out and "fix" it and it sounds worse every time. The patios, decks feel unsave. Everytime a friend walks on to it, my whole apartment shakes. I hear neighbors constantly screaming, fighting, blasting music from their cars. Neighbors like to stare at you like they are going to kill you. My car was recently broken into and I dont feel safe parking their anymore.

My fiancee lives with me and they towed his truck out of the lot for a dead inspection when there are a bunch of other cars that sit and are never driven with plenty of dead stickers on them.

The "lake" is disgusting. My fiancee even saw somone drowning some kittens in that lake because they did not want them. My neighbor below me moved out and left her cat in there with no food or water. The neighbors next to me were evicted for some "confidential" reason.

I see cops in there on a nightly basis. Most of the time driving about 40 mph through the lot for no reason.

There was a gunfire the other night into someones window....


Needless to say, dont move here.

This place is horrible. I was walking my dog a few weeks ago when a group of teens started to throw rocks at me and my dog. One hit me leaving a bruise and I chased 6 of them away with threats. Three days later two of our windows were smashed with rocks at 3 A.M., no doubt by the same kids. The managements still has not fixed them. The new staff was all talk a few months ago about how they were going to stay on top of things, now they say it is not there problem and refuse to do anything. There is no security here so things go on all the time. My lease is up soon and I can not wait.

This girl lived in the same building as a few of my friends (8663) & she was evicted(as told to me by her "fiance"). of course she's not gonna be happy about it. I'm sure daniel's (her "fiance") car was towed because he didn't adhere to the warning he was issued (which he told me about). Oh and are you sure your fiance didn't imagine the kittens being drowned when he was stoned?(forget to mention that the person living with you thats not on paper because of his criminal history was bringing drugs on property?) Don't be bitter miss green. I live here & i love it. Don't be mad cause you had to go back to living with grandma.
