The frist year was great! The second year was hell and I'm so happy I'm moving out soon. They keep the place up most of the time. there is a delay when it comes to fixing outside your apartment. There was a busted light and it too them three weeks to fix it internal repairs no problem. I do believe at one point they watch who they let rent too. Now I think it's all about the money so anyone can get in..and thats when the problem started. Smoking (and you know what kind I'm talking about) parties until 6am in the morning, banging and jumping around like they lost their damn mind. People having cookouts on second and third floor and the office did nothing about it. One time it set off smoke detective... (I wasn't happy) just a noisey place to live and the walls are paper thin too. Now the rent has gone up and it's not worth what their asking for. it's all about the money with them. they don't care what anyone does as long as they got their rent. I'm soooo happy I'm leaving... good luck to those who are still there and I would think twice if your considering this place for the money they are asking.
