I moved in here at the end of October. My apartment was filthy! They told me they would have a professional cleaning crew in...they were here 10 mins(not exaggerating)they didn't even have a vacuum cleaner with them! They came back a second time and still no difference.
I have 3 outstanding maintenance requests for the past month I have been here, they are small items...still not worked on.
Had a water leak from the apartment upstairs...came thru the light globe and asked them to make sure it was ok to use, yep they took care of it..I tried to take it down today to clean what I thought was a water stain...IT'S FILLED WITH WATER!
They reel you in with the no deposit, no pet fee...but then you have rotten maintenance, poor workmanship and lies... so I guess those are some of the exchanges for having to put little money down to move in.
I have yet to be able to use my second bathroom, the shower does not work, I've asked at least 4 times for it to be fixed.
I had an alarm going off in my building for 3 days on the first level, I finally called them to tell them and it took another 2 days until the alarm was turned off.
I asked what it was and maintenance told me they were waiting on some security company to come and take care of it...yeah right! A radon alarm maybe'..who knows.
Imagine this, you pay $1275 for rent and you have to come home everyday and see the backseat of a car on your neighbors porch, and a refrigerator...again told them about that, and they said they immediately wrote them a letter...still there. They told me to let them know if they don't remove it...hello!...I don't work here follow up..oh yeah, that's right they don't do that here.
If you decide to move in here, take pics of anything wrong that they don't fix properly..I did and if I need to send them to their corporate office I will and it's coming to that. My advice stay away if you take pride in your home and expect the services of what you pay for in the $1275 rent, because it doesn't happen.
Oh I forgot I have holes in my bedroom window too, still not fixed!
