We lived here for a year. When we did our move-in checklist we discovered a few things that we were assured that would be taken care of. We wanted our carpet replaced and that never happened. We were headed out for a weeks vacation and we put in a request for our washer and dryer to be replaced. We came back from vacation and we still had a non working dryer. After several calls to management we finally got a new unit, exactly 1 month later. Yes the outside was well maintained but the units were not that good. If you can't afford a $300.00 a month electric bill then don't come here. Parking''' What a joke. If you didn't get home before 5:00 p.m. then you had to park down the street. I have an idea---- What about 1 reserved slot for each unit' That would make too much sense. Pet policy' Again what a joke. I didn't have a pet but I was told that no pits were allowed. I would rather live in a hotel and pay $2000.00 a month than live at this place ever again.
