The air conditioning units are so old in this complex that they run constantly when it's over 80 outside. And that does not adequately cool the apartment. Expect high electricity bills and sweating in your apartment if it's over 90 outside. I'm not kidding. It IS that bad.
Noise is a problem but it is mostly kept to reasonable hours.
Bugs (roaches) have been a problem to where we had to have pest control out 3 times in a month and the neighbors did shortly thereafter as well.
The appliances are all so old. Like the air conditioning units.
Parking depends on the building. If you come in late, you're going to have a long walk.

I strongly agree. We are moving out come end of September. Due to the lack of heater during the winter and yes the lack of air conditioning during the summer. Along with the $300. electric bill that came with our apartment during the winter. I pray for the people who get our apartment after us.
Regarding the noise, it's not to bad for us, but we have had our share of issues. People have been lighting off fireworks at 2:00am in the morning and a kid next to us has a screaming contest on Saturdays with himself.
Bugs are a MAJOR issue with us on the ground floor. We have had a Ant problem and have mentioned in multiple times, yet we have still to see them do anything. We have set up our own traps and as long as long as we keep all drinks and food occupied it's ok.
The appliances I think are a major cause of the high electricity but I don't think they will do anything until they break. I agree they need to replace air conditioners/heaters first!
Parking used to be great for us, but now some people seem to have 4 vehicles and park the ones they never use right in front of the building?! I strongly recommend finding else where!
