Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
It's way too expensive, it's like living with your parents. Constant reminders all over your building, tenants clean up after you pets, stuff like that. The dumpster is always overflowing and people just throw their trash next to it. The call boxes are broken a lot also. It's even clost to worth what they ask for it.
