I've lived here for going on 2 years and have enjoyed my apartment. I lived here when Bozutto was here and now with the new company. Things have changed, but I feel it is for the better of the community. I don't have children but I do feel that parents in the community do not supervise their children, especially in the gym and the tv room in the clubhouse. I think the office is always quick and willing to help and have been attentive to my needs. -As well as maintenance. I believe that some of the problems others have complained about have been on the carelessness of the residents, not the staff. It is the nicest apartments in Manassas. My lease is up in a couple months and I am planning on renewing!!!
