I have lived here for a little over a year. and have had no problem. i had an issue with the call box, and the next business day it was fixed. the staff is a little rude, but i don't need to ever talk to them, so that is not a big deal to me. I love the walk in closet, the big bathrooms, the nice size kithcen, and gotta love the heavy duty large washers and dryers. yes they are little pricey, but i have seen apts around the same price, that are way worst than here..
