I recently contacted the community about birds being stuck in the walls of our apartment. It is now 24 hours and the live birds are still there chirping away and scaring my 3 year old.

Management did not see this as an important issue to resolve. I wonder what else, besides my 3 year old being petrified that they do not see as an important situation to resolve.

Removing birds is not a situation that we are able to handle in-house. Animal Control was contacted and responded the same day, at which time they informed Management that the exterminator would have to remove. The exterminator responded on June 2nd.

It would have been nice if someone from the office contacted this tenant and at least told them what was going on. People who pay that much rent have a right to be kept informed.

what do you want management to do,take down your walls because your kids is crying. Get a life lady!!!
