i live in a 2 bed bath apt and it is very quite, little neighbor noise, etc, and I like that. Also, there is plenty of parking which is a plus. plus security key pads to get into each building and mailboxs inside the building. still a bit pricey for me 1200 so thats my only reason to consider moving at all.. also the ac/heating unit is right in the living room and makes a lot of noise, annoying when watching the tub... decent gym, needs more weight machines, but its usually free:)
