As Management is required by certain covenants to uphold responsiblities in the lease, Residents are also required by the same lease to uphold responsibilities on their end. That same lease is a binding contract to protect both parties from any misleadings that may occur.

To the original posting: you need to be more specific. What were the unfair charges? Did the management breach a contract or charge you for outragious things when you moved out? To the chatsworth posting: I don't quite understand how this PR statement applies to the original posting. |
