I enjoyed my stay at Chatswork Park. Jessica was always helpful but you could never get the manager unless she answered the phone but to call an to ask to speak to her you could never go though. Parking for me was great, my neighbors were good and no really issues for me. The neighborhood was good and quite. I had be break my lease because of medical reasons and I was only 3 month shy of the 15 months lease but they charged me all of these fees and when I wanted to speak to management to see if I could catch a break because I couldn't afford to stay any longer she never returned my call but don't hesitate sending me a letter regard money that was owed. I never paid my rent late so I couldn't understand why I cant get any help or not be so heavily penalized. It's okay to live there just beware----don't break you lease.
