I've read many reviews and it appears as though everyone that has had a negative experience either had a need to break their lease or other issues. It worried me when I was looking so I researched the area. Needless to say, I moved to Chatsworth Park and I think it's fantastic considering it is, in fact, apartment living. Sure, I hear other people and I live right outside the A/C units for my building, but that's not something property mgt is responsible for. I love it, and I feel safe here. It's clean, beautiful and the units are large compared to others. Mgt has been nothing but professional and responsive to all my questions and maintenance needs. Highly recommended.
