Since moving into this community back in 2002, I have watched it decline rapidly as it has changed management hands 3 times since then. It's become painfully obvious that the current management aren't as concerned with the upkeep of the buildings. I've seen numerous patios with rotten boards and rotten columns. And a good number of the entry doors are broken, what's the point of having a call box with a security code if the door doesn't latch properly'

Despite the efforts of the management to provide proper disposal bags for dog poop, it seems that many residents opt to leave it to help the pitful grass that tries to grow around the buildings. Speaking of animals, there's a large population of stray/feral cats that live across the majority of the complexes. There's nothing better than coming face to face with one of these poor beasts as it's beating feet out of an overflowing dumpster. Granted part of this problem is many residents pity these poor animals and leave food for them. That's great until the cat population multiplys and starts attracting other animals such as Fox & Coyotes. Not what I want to run into while walking my dog at 5 am in the morning.

With numerous management changes, the regular maintenance of the buildings has suffered. I've opted to buy my own air filter for the air conditioning to cut down on dust since it hasn't been changed in over a year by the complex. I've even opted to buy bug spray to discourage the many insects that have invaded my building from residing in my apartment (ants, spiders, yellow jackets etc.) b/c the yearly bug spraying has also suffered.

The only nice thing I have to say is at least they were prompt about coming out to address my problems with the A/C. And they gave me cookies for my birthday...unfortunately at the end of my lease, I am going to opt to move. For the conditions, the commute and the sub-par service, I expect a little more than what I am getting currently for my money.
