My wife and I have lived here for about 7 months and we like it a lot. The apartment is quite large and the neighborhood is great. I do not worry about safety and never worry about parking.

Apartment living will always be just that, apartment living. The appliances are functional and I am more than able to cook a great meal in the kitchen. We live on the 3rd floor and noise is not a problem. I have actually never heard any of my neighbors. It is more expensive but it is definately worth it to live on the top floor. We have two cats and they love the windows.

Management has always been courteous and polite. Maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner and has been polite.

This is still an aprtment complex not a resort. If you live at an apartment you will deal with things like noise, neighbors and such. This is by far the best apartment my wife and I have lived in and we will be renewing our lease.
