I've lived at Chatsworth Park for about 3 weeks. I hear the neighbors from time to time, doors closing, and kids playing outside when my windows are open. That's multi-family/apartment living. To reviews that follow... how do you know if someone's a drug addict or criminal? Complete nonsense. Managemet team has been great!
Pros: Relatively large apartments; My apartment was nicley cleaned upon arrival; Parking out the wahzoo; Friendly, safe environment; any shop and restaurant you'll need within 1 mile's drive; Good local walking/biking; friendly, accommodating staff (I rented sight-unseen from Chicago- staff was helpful and truthful); plenty of kitchen cabinets; Full-size W/D; newer construction; keypad access to building
Cons: Slightly higher side of rental rates for the area; located near the crowded business district of Manassas; water, sewer, trash not included in rent (1-bedroom = about $20/mth);
