If you ever require maintenance...they take their sweet time

Not a bad place to live, but if you ever need anything done, you better not be in any hurry, and you better take their service with a huge pound of salt...Not only do they drag their feet when attending maintenence calls,(unless your apt is in flames or flooding) but the maintenence people do a shoddy job at best. Let's just say that these guys might be "professional" just not in maintenance...so beware,and stay home when they enter your apartment as things tend to disappear.

Flooding apparently fell off the priority list - been waiting two hours now (and two calls) for water seeping in from the locked utility room (fourth time this year) and audible dripping somewhere in the walls.
