We live in a two bedroom, two bath on the top floor. We rarely hear our neighbors, but we do hear the train. When we viewed the place they told us there was no train, but there def. is! We got use to it after a couple months but the girl lied.
Maintenance did a good job the three times they were here. They fixed it the first time.
There are cats around the apartment feeding out of the dumpsters. Stupid neighbors are feeding them!
Depends were you live if you have enough parking. Our apartment is in the corner, so there is plenty of parking.
Grounds are pretty clean. Dumpsters are usually overflowing because people seem to not see the other dumpster.
The pool is ok. Usually over run by drunks at the pool who have nothing better to do with their day. Not a family atmosphere.
Gym is ok. Most of the equipment works. Radio is nice.
