We moved in to Chatsworth a few months ago and have had no problems what-so-ever. The apartment looked extremely clean when we moved in. There were a few minor problems (broken lock on bathroom door, one door wouldn't shut, back door leaked air, etc). They were fixed the next day after I turned in the walk through papers.
There is an ant problem near our back door ( we are on the ground level ), but nothing you can't fix with ant killer and an occasional vacuum. Same thing could happen in a single family house so I wouldn't blame management on that problem.
A little noise is expected when you chose to live in an apartment. Sometimes if it is late at night you might be able to hear your neighbors above flush the toilet or walk around if there are creaks in the wood. Like I said, that is completely expected. If you think you're not going to hear your neighbors, you're wrong and you probably have never lived in an apartment building before- get a single family home if you can afford it.
I don't see anyone complaining about the train though! Management "forgot" to tell us there was a train in our backyard! I almost had a heart attack when I heard it the first time, and believe me it runs all hours of the night. It takes some getting used to but I'm desensitized by it now.
We have had no problems as far as the staff or management. Its pretty easy to live here- pay your rent and they leave you alone. I could, however, change my opinion if something does break and I need it fixed.. We'll see.
Community is fairly safe- although there are a few bad neighborhoods about 3/4 a mile away. I have not seen one broken down car in the parking spaces, like previously stated. I haven't seen graffiti or cars vandalized, certainly not mine. Pool is decent, no hot tub though. The pool is sometimes over crowded with kids and not a lot of adults to watch them.
Parking is reasonable- I've had to live in an apartment complex where you had to have "stickers" and has designated spots. Here- you park where you want and your guests can park anywhere as well. There might be a downfall as far as an unlimited amount of guests able to park here but I haven't encountered that problem.
" A miserable life" would be a little too over dramatic for a posting title about these apartments. There is nothing I have experienced in this community to be "miserable" about.
" A serious mistake" complains a lot about noise from neighbors. What does that have anything to do with the quality of the apartments' The blame is on the neighbors, not the management, Bozzuto. Did you ever try speaking with your neighbors about keeping it down' Thankfully my neighbors are great and I very rarely hear them.
- Another thing to think about: when tenants get angry about a situation in which they believe they have been wronged, of course they are going to come on this website to rant and rave. I would too. The thing is, there are hundreds of happy tenants that don't come on here to rate the place because they don't think about it. If I was angry because my pet pissed all over the carpet and I had to pay for it, I would come on here and leave a nasty rating too! Just like the other people have done.

This sounds like Tara is trying to defend her job and territory. Are you sure you live in the same apartments as the rest of the tenants???
