I picked this place because they take big dogs. Oh my goodness BIG mistake. They over charge for cheap crappy apartments. I had a multitude of things that needed to be fixed the day I moved in. It took them 3 months to fix only a couple of them. I have been here over a year and some of them haven't even been looked at. I now see why they had such great incentives...they need people.
The sales staff is rude!!! When my cat died and I informed them, I was told to "provide proof of the dead cat"! Not one word about how sorry they were for my loss.
The walls are insulated ok in terms of noise control but the ceilings....forget about it. I hear EVERYTHING the people above me do and say. The common stairwell/hallways are incredibly loud and it is impossible to even walk up the stairs without sounding like a bull elephant.
Needless to say when my lease is up I am outta here.
There are better places with nicer looking apartments in Manassas.
