When you first come in to check the apartments, everybody is so nice, they act like if they knew you from a long time. Then they take some time to go show you the "GOOD" about their community. Then you go and sign papers and try to get you to rent no matter what, offering you FALSE discounts, and not providing you with sufficient information about their contracts. You finally move in, and everything is just messed up. Management team and office people, they are just unprofessional. They are always messing around in their chairs among peers, having fun. You ask them to take care of something that went wrong at your apartment and somebody finally shows up long after, and dont even let you know that they are coming. Then the Lease is Over, you are really sick of this place, specially their Management people, and before you leave they try to get money out of you like if their was no tomorrow. Hidden fees, nonsence excuses etc. The manager is also terrible at doing her Job. She is supposed to fix and solve problems not be against you and try to make your life more miserable, so yeah it looks like thats her main job at that office. People, PLEASE PLEASE READ ALL THIS REVIEWS before you move in to this place, AND DONT DO IT!!!!! REMEMBER, Dont ever Judge a Book by its Cover!!!!

Amen, I completely agree with the above statement. They deceived us about free rent/promotions. If I had one word to give to the team at Chatsworth is "Integrity" They go through staff like swatting flies, they probably can't stand lieing to people everyday and find a better company.

Definately, If i could let everyone out there know that this place isn't as good as it seems i would do it over and over, i mean this place is just terrible, and it agrivates me even more everytime i think about it....good luck..i'm actually moving pretty soon...these guys are trying to get more money out of me...but that aint gona happen anymore...this time i'll go to the company owners and make sure they do something about it, my brother works for a Local famous Radio Station and if i have to go to them i'll do so and bring that management team and rating DOWN...
