I lived at Chatsworth Park for 2 years several years ago. While I can't comment on current staff, I had a decent experience while I was there. At the time my children went to Mullen Elementary and the best thing I liked was that they could walk to school.

Yea use any other apt complex nearby by as long as it's not Chatsworth Park.
