i am a 21 year old single mom. living in a 2 bd and 2 bth apt. here are my concerns
1) people upstairs would jump constantly and after 2 complants i put in at the office nothing had been done about it.
2) took 4 days after a pipe bursted in my daughters room and what did they do just lift up the carpet and dry it out. THEN just put the carpet back not properly or even replaced.
3) Customer Service SUCKS. if you try and call you will not get anything for like 2 weeks. it will be like they blocked your number if they know they are pissin you off. also if they know you moved out or is moving out they will treat ou like trash! service sucks
4) the 1st 2 months living there i had NO hot water it took them nearly 2 months to replace the hot water heater. and then the Fire Alarm was so sensitive i could not cook anything without it going off.
5) they tried to get me with the "broiling pan" in the stove when " I NEVER HAD ONE "
Pain in the necks they are. i will NEVER. i forbid it and refering ANYONE to live at the overpriced worthless apartments!

Oh please. I think the staff at Chatsworth is awesome! I called for carpet replacement last Friday and was called the same day to confirm and the job was completed yesterday. In fact, any problem, major or minor, staffing was right on top of it. I just signed my 6th lease with Chatsworth Park because of the EXCELLENT service and respect I and my family get. Get a grip there kid. There must be way more to your "story" then your telling.
